I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations.  In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a fee of 100$ will be charged

Psychiatric evaluations take between 60-90 minutes, medication management sessions are 20-30 minutes and psychotherapy sessions are 45 minutes.  I aim to mitigiate the risks and maximize the benefits of psychiatric medication. At the start of treatment with psychiatric medication, you might need to come every 2-4 weeks but as medication is optimized, we can extended the interval to every 3 months. For legal and ethical reasons, if you fail to schedule an appointment for greater than 3 months, I must consider the professional relationship discontinued.

Please allow 2-3 days for refill requests, excluding holidays and weekends.  I kindly request that you send a refill request through Onpatient, the client portal.

I can see children as young as five for medication management, however, I do not see children for therapy at this time.

I take a few insurances including Optum, United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna and Anthem BCBS.  Please inquire about other insurances I may take and out of network fees if you are not using insurance.
